Under EU consumer law, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email support@aurivita.co with your order number and a clear withdrawal statement. Products must be returned unopened and unused.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
